Who manages all the trades?
Jack does. The whole point of the service is that you do not have to coordinate demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, plastering and fit-off yourself.
Do you renovate bathrooms on both the Northern Beaches and North Shore?
Yes. The core service area runs across the Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore and Upper North Shore, including Mosman, Frenchs Forest, Pymble, Gordon, St Ives, Turramurra and Wahroonga.
Can you renovate a small bathroom or ensuite?
Yes. Small bathrooms and ensuites are a major part of the work. The planning focuses on layout, storage, shower footprint, door clearances and making the room feel larger without wasting space.
Do you provide a fixed quote?
After the bathroom is inspected and the scope is defined, Jack provides a written quote tied to the agreed scope so you know what is included before work starts.
Can you keep the existing layout?
Yes. Keeping plumbing locations where they are can simplify a renovation, but Jack can also discuss layout changes where moving fixtures creates a meaningfully better result.
